At this time we are not accepting returns/exchanges. Only exception is if you have a defective product, in this case you may email us at inersoulbeauty@gmail.com with details and photos of the defective product. Once your claim/product is reviewed we will commit to a replacement or refund if further examination shows your are entitled to either. We will then send replacement/refund to the original address/form of payment.
All orders will be shipped through USPS. Shipping is based upon weight and destination of purchased product(s). Please allow 1-3 business days to process order after being placed. Note that some products are made by order to ensure freshness. Additional time may be required due to COVID-19. We will do our best to ensure your purchase is delivered ASAP. If there is any issues with your product please reach out within 5 business days of delivery. If you fail to do so within the grace period, your products will not be replaced.
We may ask for you to provide personal identifiable information that we may use to identify or contact you while using our site. This information may include but is not limited to your name, phone number, and etc.
